How to Dress for Pregnancy

I’m not saying I know everything there is to know about clothes or fashion because I don’t. Is it a dream of mine? Um, yuh, since I was in 1st grade, and won art contests and design contests throughout my school years.

Does it stink that I can’t fill my closet with the top designer names spending thousands and thousands…..and thousands for them? I guess I would have to say a little bit because it does sound magnificent, but it just isn’t practical right now. Maybe one day, but even then, after going through what my family has gone through, it is hard to imagine spending so much on one item even if I wouldn’t miss the money.

Then I wondered, if I do become the fashion designer that I’ve always dreamed of and have been told I would be, would I become one of those designers that for some reason charges over $1000 for a pair of shoes????

Beyonce spent a cool $400k on these diamond encrusted heels. Hmmm….

I don’t know at this point. It is business, but then again, here I am trying to show people that they can look good without spending that kind of money…or even $25 dollars kind of money, HAHA. So, gosh, It’s pretty complicated.

Anyway, today’s “On the Body” is an outfit worn out yesterday to get rid of kids clothes that are too small for my kids. I’ll say it has been freezing in Florida these past couple of weeks. 60 degrees is no joke and then 39 today. Mmmmm, no. Ridiculous, hence the jacket. Try to guess the price of the entire outfit while scrolling through the photos and tell me what you guessed in the comments :).

I picked these jeans up in a “bundle” sale on Poshmark. Since I had credits and funds available from sales, I was able to checkout for no money out of pocket. I got two pairs for $10 plus discounted shipping, but spent $0.

My daughter isn’t too shabby at photos, huh? Thanks, Alexis!! I will be posting one of her outfits soon so you will get more ideas for kids :).

My husband took the dogs out while we were doing our little at home blog photos shoot, lol, so Saiban, our male Pomeranian decided to say hi. Then he took a long time to leave!!

There is nothing wrong with using a Claire’s clutch for your ID, chapstick, cards, cash or other small items you may carry on a quick errand! And at this price, psh, no shame.

These statement necklaces are similar to those more pricey ones found at Loft, J Crew, and other designer stores, but I bet you I didn’t pay near those prices.

I have to say, my hubby makes me feel so small and beautiful, especially during times I think I look like a cow!! Love him and his awesome dimples!

Okay! So, ready for the price tags?! I do think J (my husband) is silently impressed that I have been able to dress our entire family for such amazing prices ;).

That is quite a bit of pieces for one outfit under $20 bucks, or even $15 (I didn’t count the sunglasses which were from Goodwill (NWT) for 2.00!!!!!
